Bio: Birthdate: March 1, 1977. Home: Monkton, Md. Veteran Irish steeplechase jockey made a very fast start in the U.S. in 2009 but had fewer top-level opportunities in 2010, when he rode three winners from 46 mounts and earned $109,190. At Far Hills in 2009, he rode The Fields Stable’s Your Sum Man to victory in the $250,000 Grand National (Gr. I) and Left Unsaid in the $100,000 Foxbrook Champion Hurdle. Scored his first racecourse win in 1997 aboard Fine de Claire in a dead heat at Punchestown. Won the 2002 Irish Grand National aboard The Bunny Boiler.
