Dr. David Richardson’s Harrods Creek, an impressive maiden winner in July, has joined the field for Saratoga Race Course’s rescheduled $65,000 allowance hurdle on Monday. New York Racing Association officials had postponed the race from Wednesday’s program because of anticipated course conditions.
The 2 3/8-mile race will have a 1 p.m. post time and will kick off a week with three Saratoga jump races. Culminating the week will be Thursday’s $150,000 New York Turf Writers Cup (Gr. 1).
