The survey of licensed National Steeplechase Association owners, conducted by the Promotion & Growth Task Force, has concluded, and the winners of 2015 owner license renewals for completing the poll have been drawn. Winning the two 2015 license renewals, each a $250 value, are Michael Michalisin and Gail J. Clark.
